Individual psychotherapy

  • Common Struggles: Anxiety, OCD, bipolar, mood, trauma, complex trauma, grief, perfectionism, caregiver distress, people-pleasing, life transitions, burnout, & meaning-making

  • Trauma-informed care: Stabilization, nervous-system grounding, imaginal and in-vivo processing when ready, meaning-making and integration

  • Mindfulness- and compassion-based therapy: Mindful Self-Compassion, Non-duality, loving-kindness, present-moment training, inner-critic work, Transpersonal, acceptance and values practice

  • Depression and anxiety care: CBT/ACT/DBT skills, behavioral activation, cognitive defusion, body-based regulation

  • Grief and loss support: Compassionate presence, ritual and meaning, continuing bonds, seasonal and nature-based practices

  • Nature-based mindfulness therapy: Walk and talk on paths, sit-spot practice, sensory awareness, eco-attunement, Outdoor sessions for stress, grief, and grounding, mindful walking & hiking skills

Fees and insurance

  • A 60-minute psychotherapy session is $140 out of pocket. The same rate applies to in-person sessions in Grand Junction and secure telehealth for Colorado residents. Payment is collected at the time of service.

  • I maintain limited openings for select insurance plans. Availability changes over time, so please reach out to check whether your plan currently has a spot. If I am out-of-network for your plan, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement.

  • A small number of sliding-scale slots are reserved for clients with financial need. These are limited and may have a waitlist; ask about current availability.
