Biofeedback and Mindfulness Workshop for Winter Holiday Stress Relief
Join us in downtown Grand Junction for a free, hands-on workshop pairing mindfulness with HeartMath biofeedback. Using real-time heart rate variability displays, you will see how simple breathing, gratitude, and compassion practices shift your nervous system toward calm. We will keep it practical and local, with skills you can use at work, on the trail, and at your kitchen table during the holidays.
Hosted by Potential Psychological Services featuring Mountain Mindfulness. No experience required. This is an educational wellness event, not medical care or psychotherapy.
