Men’s group
Growth through Connection: A place for men
A monthly men’s group focused on real conversation, connection, and personal growth. A space to explore masculinity, friendship, spirituality, and the parts of life that are often hard to talk about.
What is the Growth through Connection group?
Growth through Connection is a men’s group designed to foster genuine connection and personal development. In a culture where men are often discouraged from sharing openly, this group offers a supportive space to talk about real experiences, challenges, and questions.
Through open dialogue, shared stories, and active listening, participants can build meaningful relationships, gain new perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. The group encourages emotional intelligence, compassion, and resilience, promoting a holistic approach to personal growth.
By connecting with others who are on a similar journey, we work toward a more grounded, honest, and fulfilling life.
