Men’s group
Growth through Connection: A Place for Men
A monthly men’s group focused on real conversation, connection, and personal development. This is a space to explore masculinity, friendship, spirituality, and the parts of life that are often hard to talk about. This group is led by Michael Blair with Potential Psychological Services in collaboration with Mountain Mindfulness.
What is the Growth through Connection group?
Growth through Connection is a men’s group designed to foster genuine connection and personal development. In a culture where men are often discouraged from sharing openly, this group offers a supportive space to talk about real experiences, challenges, and what matters most.
Through open dialogue, shared stories, and active listening, participants can build meaningful relationships, gain new perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. The group encourages emotional intelligence, compassion, and resilience, promoting a holistic approach to personal growth.
By connecting with others who are on a similar journey, we work toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
